Woman Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident Early Sunday
STOCKTON, CA (September 1, 2024) – A woman was fatally struck in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident near West Lane and El Pinal Drive in Stockton early Sunday morning, according to the Stockton Police Department.
Authorities reported that the incident occurred around 4:50 a.m., when an unidentified driver hit the woman under unclear circumstances. Responding officers discovered the victim lying on the ground with fatal injuries, but they did not disclose details about what may have led to the accident.
