Star Trek Actor Involved in Car Crash
LeVar Burton, well-known for his roles in “Roots” and “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” was involved in a five-car accident.
Burton, 52, was driving his 2006 Mercedes down Beverly Boulevard in West Los Angeles on Monday night when an elderly woman in 2006 Scion smashed into him.
The two cars spun out of control and hit two parked cars and then into another parked vehicle.
Both drivers were transported to the hospital after they complained of pain.
Both cars were totaled.
The accident is still under investigation.
