Man Killed in Single-Car Crash on Auburn Boulevard in Sacramento
SACRAMENTO, CA (September 29, 2024) — A single-car accident early Sunday morning on Auburn Boulevard, near Highway 244, killed a man. The crash occurred around 5:00 a.m. in the 4200 block of Auburn Boulevard, according to Sacramento Police.
First Responders Arrived To Find The Male Victim Unresponsive
Emergency responders arrived at the scene near Del Paso Park to find the male driver unresponsive. Rescue crews attempted to save him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. Also, a female passenger suffered non-life-threatening injuries. So, she was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Police are continuing to investigate the cause of the crash but have yet to determine why the vehicle went off the road. Therefore, authorities are asking anyone with information to contact the Sacramento Police.
