Bicyclist Struck by Big Rig in Sacramento
Sacramento, CA (April 22, 2024) – A man riding a bicycle was struck by a big rig at the intersection of Mack Road and Stockton Boulevard early Monday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The incident occurred around 5:52 a.m. under circumstances that remain unclear. The big rig, reportedly traveling at approximately 40 mph, collided with the male cyclist. So unfortunately, the man sustained unknown injuries and was promptly transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
