Eastbound 22 Blocked by Multi-Car Crash

Several lanes on the eastbound 22 Freeway were blocked for approximately 45 minutes on Tuesday morning after multiple cars crashed, according to local authorities.

The accident was reported at about 8:30 a.m. at the Euclid Street exit, according to the California Highway Patrol.

There were about nine vehicles involved in the crash.

Several injuries were reported, but they did not appear to be serious. The victims were transported to the hospital for evaluation.

The carpool and No. 1 lane were both blocked and SigAlerts were issued. They were cleared at about 9:30 a.m.
