Two Injured on 110 Freeway in South Los Angeles Chain-reaction Crash

SOUTH LOS ANGELES, CA (December 1, 2021) – On Tuesday morning in South Los Angeles, a chain-reaction crash injured two people. The November 30 sequential crashes occurred on the 110 Freeway on the southbound side of the roadway, close to where Florentine Avenue is located.

Authorities said a car–which has not been described–was stalled on the freeway. A number of other vehicles–none of which have been described–smashed into the stalled car. The exact number of vehicles that crashed is not known from reports.

Reports say another vehicle smashed into a wall along the freeway while trying to avoid the vehicle pileup.

None of the people involved in the crash have been identified in reports. The injuries suffered have not been described, and the current condition of the patients is not known.
