STOCKTON, CA (October 10, 2022) – Early on Thursday night in Stockton, a pedestrian was struck and killed. The October 6 crash occurred in the area where Monterey Avenue and Pacific Avenue are located.

The time was roughly 8:00 p.m., Stockton Police said.

No details have yet been reported on where the pedestrian had been walking when he was struck, and the line of travel of the vehicle prior to the crash is also not known.

The vehicle has not been described.

Responders arrived to help, but the victim died at the crash site. His identity–including name, age, and city of residence–has not been reported.
