At Least 1 Dead In Major Accident on 80 Freeway in Solano County
VALLEJO, CA (December 12, 2024)– At least one person has died following a series of collisions on the eastbound 80 Freeway near the American Canyon Road exit early Tuesday morning.
The California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded to the incidents around 5:15 a.m., where multiple crashes were reported on the interstate just west of the off-ramp. The accidents caused a significant traffic jam as they blocked three lanes for an extended period.
