San Francisco, CA (December 12, 2023) – Timothy Water, was struck and killed in a devastating incident on Monday afternoon. As reported by the San Francisco Police Department, Water lost his life when a car struck him in a parking structure at Rainbow Grocery on Folsom Street near the 101 freeway.

The tragic event unfolded on December 11, around 2:50 p.m., within a private parking lot situated at Rainbow Grocery on the 1700 block of Folsom Street. The circumstances leading to the collision are still under investigation, with authorities examining why a vehicle hit 74 Year Old Timothy Water of San Francisco and several other vehicles on the premises.
Emergency response teams swiftly arrived at the scene, but unfortunately, they pronounced Timothy Water dead on-site.
