Isel Molina is Struck on 210 Freeway in La Cañada Flintridge by Multiple Vehicles and Killed

LA CAÑADA FLINTRIDGE, CA (September 15, 2022) – Early in the morning on Tuesday in La Cañada Flintridge, a pedestrian who was on the 210 Freeway was struck by multiple vehicles and killed. The woman was later identified as Isel Molina.

The September 13 crash occurred on the eastbound side of the freeway, near Angeles Crest Highway and to the west of it.

The time was roughly 4:10 a.m., the California Highway Patrol said.

According to reports, a driver had reported to authorities that he thought he had hit a body that was on the roadway, and multiple vehicles also hit the person.

The victim was later identified as Isel Molina; she was 42 years old.

Investigators said the drivers of the vehicles that hit Molina remained at the crash site. None of the drivers have been identified in reports.

Investigators are working to understand the crash, and to find out if Molina fell from the overpass above onto the roadway.
