Highway 99 Collision in Sacramento County Kills One Driver
The driver of a sedan died at the scene of a collision at the intersection of Highway 99 and Elverta Road in Sacramento County, CBS13 Sacramento reports.
A truck pulling a stock trailer collided with the car on Tuesday, March 20, 2012, at approximately 6:20 p.m. According to the news story, rescuers took the pick up driver and a passenger to the hospital. The pickup had been hauling a cow and two calves, with at least one of the animals sustaining injuries.
