Teenager Struck by Hit-and-Run Driver While Biking
Investigators are still looking for the driver of a dark-colored sedan that struck a teenage bicycle rider and then fled the scene on Tuesday morning.
The teenager suffered severe injuries in the accident. Witnesses said that the driver left the area in a dark gray, four-door sedan.
The crash was reported at 5:52 a.m. near the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Gisler Avenue.
The vehicle – either a Nissan or a Toyota – sustained minor front-end damage. Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
