BAKERSFIELD, CA (July 2, 2021) – Early in the afternoon on Thursday in Bakersfield, a semi truck and a pickup collided on Highway 99. The July 1 crash occurred close to the onramp for Olive Drive.

The time was roughly 1:37 p.m., the California Highway Patrol said.
