Man Killed After Being Ejected from Vehicle
A San Jose resident was killed on the northbound 133 when he was ejected from his vehicle following a crash, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A passerby reported the accident at about 3:30 a.m. on Monday just north of the exit for the 73 Freeway.
It appears that the man, a 22-year-old resident of San Jose, failed to take the curve at the proper speed and his vehicle swerved off the road.
It has not been made clear the speed that he was traveling.
His Chrysler PT Cruiser slid to the left and hit the center median, where it overturned several times.
