2 Cars Crash on 110 Freeway at Century Boulevard

Los Angeles, CA (May 23, 2018) – California Highway Patrol is investigating a 2 car collision on the northbound 110 Los Angeles Freeway early Wednesday morning, May 23rd. According to a preliminary investigation, the incident occurred on the northbound 110 Freeway at West Century Boulevard just after 7:00 p.m. when a Hyundai Sonata collided against a concrete retaining wall after the Hyundai was reported to have been swerving between lanes. The Hyundai then collided with a Chevrolet Cruze and both cars came to a rest on the freeway. First responders arrived on scene and transported both injured victims by ambulance to a nearby hospital where they were treated by medical personal. No other information on the victims or the cause of the accident has been made public but authorities have confirmed that speed does appear to have played a factor in the collision. The investigation is ongoing.
