The victim was identified as Zachary Butcher, 20, of Lake Forest.

The crash occurred west of Decker Canyon road at about 11:47 p.m., when Delbert Parada, 21, of Lake Forest, lost control of his black 2005 Ford F150 on a sharp curve in the road. He apparently lost control of the truck and overcorrected, before flipping over.

Another vehicle then hit the truck after the truck crossed several lanes of traffic.

Butcher was apparently sitting in the left-rear passenger seat of the truck.

Officials do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
