A disabled woman under the influence of prescription drugs plowed through a group leaving a church Christmas program.

The woman ran a red light around 8:00 P.M. as the group was crossing Pacific Coast Highway at Vincent Street.

Mary Ann Wilson, 81, Saeko Matsumura, 87, and Martha Gaza, 36 were all fatally injured. Ms. Gaza’s family members were also injured in the accident.

Margo Bronstein, 56 of Redondo Beach has been charged with vehicular felony manslaughter while intoxicated. She is being held on a $300,000.00 bail.

Bronstein uses an electric wheelchair. She had a perfect driving record but there were three restrictions placed on her license.
